How can I add a hangout entry to the directory?
1) By logging in (in the upper right corner of the page) you can add and manage your hangouts.
2) You can add and manage your hangouts over Google Calendar.
3) You can add your hangouts via the bookmarklet.
I have started the hangout, but the "Join now" button is not displayed in the directory?
You must make your hangout "public" so that other people can join it!
When you start the hangout, you must chose "Public" in the list of people you want to invite, as shown here:
Why does my entry not show up on the front page?
Only the entries for the next weeks are shown on the front page, limiting the number of entries to a certain number
If your hangout is further in the future, it will automatically show up on the front page
once it is getting closer to the date of the hangout.
How does it integrate with Google Calendar?

How do I edit/delete an entry?
You can edit/delete entries that you have submitted using our Google Calendar functionality or by logging in to the website.
The entry is also deleted about an hour after the hangout has been taken place.
What is a bookmarklet?
With our bookmarklet
you can submit an entry to gphangout AND automatically start a Google Hangout, without leaving the Google+ pages.
The bookmarklet will also automatically fill in name, profile url, and display your profile photo and country.
What about time zones?
The start time/date is in your local time; if you want to start a hangout at 3 pm you simply select 3 pm.
The website will automatically take the timezone of your computer into consideration, so you do not have
to think about it.
